CD Personal Care Assistance
Greenwood Care Services is a Consumer Directed (CD) agency offering in-home care for your loved ones. Whether it is a few hours a day or long-term care, our caregivers are here to assist you in maintaining your loved one’s independence and comfort. All of our Personal Care Assistants are thoroughly screened to match your needs and preferences. We go above and beyond to make sure your loved one is receiving the best care possible because we know how important it is.
Medicaid Waiver Services
Greenwood Care Services offers services for individuals who have Medicaid Waiver Services.
We offer services for individuals who have either an ALI, APDD, IDD, or CCMC waiver. Your Care Coordinator will be able to assist you with determining what type of services you need.
